Welcome to the Urban Family Practice (UFP) app. UFP is your first contact with the health care system and we serve as the focal point for all needed health care services. Urban Family Practice has the most up-to-date services available on premise, including: diagnostic testing, labs, x-rays, vaccinations, EKGs, pre-operative testing and much more. UFP offers courtesy vans that will pick you up at your home and drive you to your appointments, so transportation is not an issue.

Urban Family Practice’s App offers these useful features:

- Allows you to send photos of rashes or other ailments directly to your doctor to help with diagnosis
- Doctors are able to send out important messages to their patients
